Abstract
Biography
I am an Environmental Engineer with over 15 years old of experience in environmental management, basic sanitation, and licensing of high-impact industrial projects, including those related to the naval industry and coastal zones. I hold a Ph.D. in Water Bioremediation from the Fluminense Federal University (UFF), along with a specialization in Basic Sanitation Engineering and a strong technical background focused on mitigating environmental impacts in port and marine areas
